Our ISO 14644-1:1999 Class 6 validated clean room (certificates available on request) facility consists of three integrated units with airlock access for materials and a separate airlock changing room for staff access.
The two smaller rooms which are fitted with stainless steel work benches are accessed from the large main final assembly area which has movable stainless steel benches.

There is communication equipment in each clean room to communicate to the warehouse and office, as well as a computer and printer in the main assembly area. This allows all the clean room staff to remain inside.

The clean rooms have been independanty validated to be DNA & Gunshot Residue free. The whole clean room is cleaned down every week with a DNA & Gunshot Residue eliminating combination of solutions. While the work surfaces are cleaned down after each batch with a DNA eliminating solution.

Our Ultra Violet Crosslinker whose applications include DNA bonding and UV curing, is permanently housed in clean room 1.
